Cathi Williams is a leadership team facilitator who works with organizations navigating growth and change. She helps leadership teams recognize the patterns shaping how they communicate, make decisions, and lead together so they can operate more effectively as a team.

For more than twenty years, Cathi has worked with founders, executives, and leadership teams facing the challenges that come with growth, pressure, and change. Her work focuses on helping leadership teams step back from day to day demands and take a closer look at how they are operating together.

She specializes in facilitating the conversations leadership teams often avoid. Cathi’s core strength is creating environments where leaders stay open rather than defensive, allowing honest dialogue and meaningful behavior change to occur.

In the room, Cathi observes the dynamics that others miss, how leaders communicate, where tension exists, and where accountability breaks down. She helps teams recognize these patterns in real time and guides them in resetting how they operate together.

This work allows leadership teams to strengthen communication, clarify expectations, improve accountability, and build stronger leadership habits that carry into how the organization operates.

Cathi’s approach is grounded in helping leadership teams create real change, not just awareness. She works with teams over time, guiding them through conversations that uncover how the team operates today and helping them intentionally build stronger ways of leading together.

Her work includes leadership team facilitation, executive coaching, and the use of leadership assessments to support deeper insight and lasting behavior change.

Cathi is certified in Hogan leadership assessments and trained in leadership coaching methodologies that support behavior change and leadership development. She has extensive experience working with founders, executives, and leadership teams and is known for creating environments where leaders can have honest conversations and move forward with clarity and trust.

Cathi works with a small number of organizations each year to support leadership teams in building stronger ways of operating together.
